Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing nationwide dealership operations
• Dealer visit on a monthly basis.
• Perform daily reporting and review in line with the company’s KPIs.
• To achieve monthly and yearly target set for retail sales.
• To achieve sales satisfaction index targets set by the company.
• Key facilitator between Dealers and HQ
• To perform systematic monitoring of all Dealers’ performance on daily/monthly basis.
• To coach and guide outlet on overall Sales Operation matters.
• Conduct competitor study activity on monthly basis.
• Prepare other management reports as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 8-10 years working experience in automotive sales or sales operations related roles.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and able to work independently.
• Results and target oriented, with ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
