Job Description: Job Title: Senior Manager, Risk Program Management The Corporate Risk team is seeking a Senior Manager to support Fidelity's High Risk Roles (HRR) Program. The HRR Program is a critical component of the firm-wide risk and security landscape focused on mitigating financial, legal, reputational, and technological risk to the firm by conducting supplemental background reviews of associates who have access to the firm's critical assets. The Senior Risk Manager will be a member of the dynamic and energetic team to support the HRR Program including the annual identification of associates subject to the program requirements, coordinating the facilitation of enhanced background reviews of these associates, and evaluation of new and existing application access for program applicability. In this role you will: * Work closely with partners in Technology Risk to continuously evaluate applications, access, and new technologies * Maintain and update the program dashboards using Tableau, Alteryx, SQL and identify ways to drive efficiency and automation * Produce executive level reporting and presentations including committee meeting materials * Collaborate with colleagues from Background Investigations, Human Resources, Legal, and various business units to provide updates and resolve issues * Support various initiatives and projects related to the Enterprise Risk Management Program The Expertise You Have * Bachelor's or Advanced Degree * Demonstrated leadership and project management experience * Well versed in data analytics capabilities and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau) * Knowledge related to internal access provisioning is a plus * 7+ years of related work experience; Risk, Audit, and/or Compliance experience is a plus The Skills You Bring * Excellent communication skills, including creating PowerPoint presentations and drafting high level issue summaries for executive-level consumption * Communicates clearly, concisely and impactfully in order to influence others; tailors messaging to audience * Strong problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills, as well as outstanding attention to detail * Ability to simultaneously identify, prioritize, and address multiple issues and quickly respond to shifts in priorities * Builds strong and inclusive working relationships, in person and virtually, with business partners and colleagues Certifications: Company Overview Fidelity Investments is a privately held company with a mission to strengthen the financial well-being of our clients.
