Job Description: Part-Time Special Programs Coordinator - CRM System Administrator Campus Location: Lynn Campus, Occasional Travel to Danvers Campus Required Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm 20 hours a week Non-benefited; MCCC unit position SALARY: $33.95/hour GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: This position plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing the college's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Duties include maintaining communication workflows, managing application processes (including general, early college, and selective programs), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting, and assisting with application processing. The position also provides CRM training and support to staff, monitors for fraudulent activity, manages duplicate records, and supports new student experience initiatives. Collaboration with cross-departmental partners and use of college data systems are essential to enhance enrollment strategies and ensure a seamless student experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Develops, implements, and tracks the effectiveness of on-campus, off-campus, and online student recruitment activities targeting a varied student body, including increasing diverse and multicultural populations. * Maintains communication plans with inquiries, applicants and new registered students through the college's CRM. * Maintains accurate data entry of recruitment activities within NSCC student information system, CRM, in order to provide accurate recruitment and admissions statistical reports. * Assists Enrollment processors as needed with application processing/entry/document collection within Banner. * Assists with the Selective Admission application process, including but not limited to: maintaining the application and requirements, processing applications, assisting students with the application, decision processing, responding to student emails. * Provides detailed tracking reports regarding student interests and route to the appropriate staff. * Create and manage applications within the CRM for general, early college and selective programs. * Assist in developing a practical and working knowledge of processes within the CRM; interact with key college partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the division. Including creating and maintaining step by step training documents. * Account creation and training for new administrative CRM users in various NSCC offices, including individualized account setup and live training, as well as written and video training materials. * Manage duplicate student account cleanup in conjunction with the offices of enrollment and registrar. * Assist the Admissions and Enrollment team with fraudulent account detection. * Utilizes college reporting software including Recruit, Cognos, Zogotech and Navigate. * Assist with the implementation of Student Experience Systems to ensure the student experience and enrollment process is satisfactory. Provides training to staff on new software and databases. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other field related to area of assignment; with three (3) years experience and/or training involving area of assignment, which may include college registration, academic advisement, career development, career experience, training, curriculum development, audio/visual or graphic production, grant administration, budget development, program/project management, event planning, administrative work in an academic environment, or personal computer operations; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. * Candidates will be required to pass a CORI/SORI and/or National background check as a condition of employment.
