(Senior) Manager-Business Analysis

Summary

JOB PURPOSE

Support responsible business with SFE insights on strategic product / product groups. Through data-driven analysis to assess field force performance and effectiveness, identify issues/opportunities for improvement and deliver key findings to relevant stakeholders to drive improvement on sales force effectiveness. Develop metrics and trackers to provide timely performance diagnostics to assessment. Support internal sales performance and promotion activity data management and provide relevant rereports. Lead the sales target setting and FTE deployment projects and provide the senior management team recommendations accordingly.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

1. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand the business needs. And can deliver insightful, actionable recommendation through data-driven analysis. Identify opportunities in sales force effectiveness and continually drive the improvement and address the business needs accurately.

  • Develop the right trackers/metrics to track the sales force performance. Can identify issues through data analysis and help the sales force make the improvement
  • Create the analytical tool/report
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to better leverage the data to address the business needs/improve
  • Facilitate for the training of the regular sales report/procedure to internal customers and SF, to ensure resources are well understood and conduct by SF.


2. Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical supports to the sales team on territory management

  • Provide hospital and physician potential assessment
  • Provide call planning and work load estimation
  • Optimize sales force sizing and territory setting and FTE allocation
  • Develop analytical report on field force productivity & resource allocation


3. Company & Department Project Management

  • Involve in company project/ lead department project across team and provide consultant and solutions.

- Good at the data analysis and can identify issues in terms of sales force effectiveness through the analysis

- Can deliver the insightful and actionable recommendations to address the issues/drive the sales force effectiveness

-Can communicate the analysis results/recommendations with stakeholders well

-Can influence stakeholders with the recommendations to continuously make improvement


REQUIREMENTS

  • More than 8 years working experience in business analysis or SFE in healthcare industry
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Master at Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word; Familiar with Think-cell is a plus; Basic statistic knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in oral and written English & Mandarin
