Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of high-performing, scalable, and reliable
platforms
- Design and implement GenAI solutions, leverage ML infrastructure, and evaluate
tradeoffs between different techniques and their application domains.
- Automate model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring using machine
learning pipelines, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
- Apply advanced quality engineering practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain
documentation to ensure efficient and testable solutions.
- Enhance software delivery workflows to ensure seamless development cycles,
incorporating advanced debugging, triaging, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to documentation, educational content, and user feedback integration to
improve product/program adaptability and usability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming
languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews,
source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of
experience with software design and architecture (design patterns, reliability and
scaling).
- 3 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal,
Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer
vision).
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation,
optimization, data processing, debugging).
- Experience tackling challenges in production systems and optimizing for real-time
performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in breaking down complex systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments with teams spread
across multiple locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
