Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager - Downstream Process Development for proteins, peptides, and small molecules at Bioplus Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to the downstream processing of various biological molecules. The position is located in Hosur.

Qualifications

• Protein, Peptide, and Small Molecule Downstream Processing expertise
• Experience in developing and implementing process development strategies
• Knowledge of purification techniques for biological molecules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• PhD, Masters in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus
