We are on the lookout for an experienced and innovative Senior Level Network/Systems Engineer, specializing in MSP with a focus on cloud technologies, to become a part of our unique and thriving Managed Service Provider firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex IT projects, including but not limited to cloud migrations, network redesigns, and system integrations.
• Work closely with high-value clients in designing and implementing robust infrastructures, transitioning from on-prem to cloud-based solutions with minimal disruption.
• Deliver top-tier customer service, both on-site and remotely, maintaining our reputation as a leader in the MSP market.
• Innovate and develop engineering solutions, ensuring project completion within timelines and budget constraints.
• Manage technical data packages, including design configuration and oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.
• At least 3 years in a project-oriented role, with a focus on migrations.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Proven track record with O365 migrations.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Hands-on experience in migrating on-prem resources to cloud services.
• Preferred: Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-303, AZ-304).
• Proficiency in virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware).
• Experience with remote access solutions: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
• Expertise in designing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading both corporate customer networks and in-house servers.
• Familiarity with storage area networks (SAN), Windows Servers, Active Directory, and networking (Cisco, Aruba).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
