Project Description
The Digital Client Channels Workstream of the Phoenix Platforms Program is covering all aspects of digital customer interfaces in web and mobile channels including the required backends for frontend. The project aims to: - Establish a CB Germany platform, which supports the entire CB client segments, from natural persons to MNCs. - Support a strategic integration to RFT for future products - Scale BizBanking into other EU markets through basic and fully digital offering The objective of the Project is to: Increase scalability, CTB- and process-efficiency by moving CB Germany customers onto strategic core banking systems.
