Summary

As a Senior IT Support Analyst, your role is pivotal in resolving a wide range of technical issues across various components of computer systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and network-related IT problems.


In addition to technical support, your responsibilities encompass comprehensive asset management, ensuring efficient inventory management, overseeing equipment reclamation and decommissioning processes, coordinating new IT rollout initiatives, and providing onsite IT services.


You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of our client's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactive support to enhance overall system performance.


This is a fully onsite, contract-based role at our client’s office in Tokyo, Japan. The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Japanese, with the ability to provide seamless bilingual support in a client-facing environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Provide on-site support for end-users’ workstations regarding hardware and software issues, including business applications.

- Manage the process of workstations’ replacement and setup.

- Provide on-site support for printers and peripherals.

- Offer on-site support for network and enterprise hardware (servers, access points, switches, floor boxes) as Smart Hands.

- Support mobile phones (iOS, Android).

- Install and configure workstations, software, IT systems, network, printers, and other peripherals.

- Manage user access in Active Directory and Google Workspace.

- Provide technical support for conference rooms and assorted hardware.


Requirements:


- This position requires 5-7 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in senior-level IT support roles.

- Mac experience, including Jamf, are critical requirements.
