Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail domain leader to manage retail factory under OMNI IS team. The team leader will manage the product roadmap for all Fashion Maisons in Great China according to LVMH and Fashion Group principles.


Key Responsibilities:

Team leadership and supervision

  • Provide strong leadership and supervision to the team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the Fashion Division’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide feedback and coaching the enhance team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation policies and procedures to ensure that all IS retail team activities are well-documented and compliant with company and regulatory standards.


Vendor management

  • Build clear governance, onboarding processes, and run processes according to Fashion Group guidance.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and favourable to the company.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate vendor performance and ensure that they meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement improvements and innovations that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IS retail operations.


Business Partner

  • As retail business partner to support business developing and manage overall retail roadmap according to business goals and HQ IS&T team objectives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve IT services and support for the retail business, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations and share this knowledge with the retail business team to drive competitive advantage.


Retail system architecture

  • As Y2 product owner to create Fashion Group core model according to Maisons’ existing Y2 functionalities and business requirements.
  • Lead the design and architecture of systems to ensure they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture roadmap that supports the current and future needs of the retail business.
  • Ensure that the architecture is flexible and can accommodate new technologies and business requirements as they evolve.


Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree and above with university education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in in-depth knowledge of retail systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management and other instore systems
  • Highly skilled in project management and have experience leading complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Rich experience to manage headquarter and local partners, from 0 – 1 on vendor selection, governance and processes setup, onboarding operation to run performance evaluation.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership, business analysis skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability and experience to work in an international context, group organization and matrix environment
  • Have experience to create a CoE/Delivery organization with good IS&T methodology and practise
  • Innovated, open minded, highly motivated thinking and willingness to initiate new things
