• Management of Procurement for all packaging categories.
  
  

Leads the negotiations of procured materials and services to assure optimal TCO (Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Innovation) achieved.

To participates the global/region category projects or meetings. Hit the targeted KPIs.

• Participate new product development process relevant to packaging materials, supporting in supplier recommendation and selection, cost estimation
• Analyze and evaluate market/external price trends and innovation for new product offerings.
• Lead team to source and identify new potential suppliers
• Monitor supplier quality complains. Work closely with relative departments on cross-functional projects and improve supplier performance continuously.
• Participates in the planning and forecasting process to establish standard costs and provide explanations for price variances at Division/Business Unit level.
• Monitor and continuously improve the procurement procedures and processes. Develop policies, checklists, or other materials that describe the organization’s technical, quality, service, or reliability standards to help purchasing staff evaluate supplier proposals.
• Coach and develop direct reports. Ensure proper career paths and succession planning are in place for the functions.
• Acquire best practice from global/regional business areas and share with/coach own team. Requirement:
• BA Degree or above 2. 8 years in procurement managing or related function in FMCG industry
• Knowledge about supply network & packaging material information
• Professional maturity, high integrity, open & honest
• Effective communication skills & team work spirit
• Business sense
• Handling Complexity
