About the Project – Al-Fursan:


Al-Fursan is a landmark mega project by NHC in Riyadh. It is a fully integrated, mix-use development that includes residential neighborhoods, commercial zones, educational facilities, and recreational spaces. Designed to support sustainable living and urban growth, Al-Fursan is a key pillar in NHC’s mission to deliver modern, connected, and livable communities.


Job Purpose:


The Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure works for the Al-Fursan project. This includes managing roads, utilities, drainage, water, sewage, and civil infrastructure systems to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality execution. The role is critical in enabling the readiness of the site for vertical construction phases and aligning with NHC’s delivery goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage all infrastructure activities from initiation to handover.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure design and execution align with project goals.
  • Monitor and control project timelines, costs, quality, and safety standards.
  • Approve technical documents, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Report project progress and issues to the Construction Director.
  • Mentor and manage subordinate teams including Project Managers and Engineers.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Education: B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering.
  • Certifications: Professional engineering certifications and memberships are preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience in infrastructure delivery within large-scale residential or mix-use real estate projects.
  • Proven leadership in managing complex infrastructure packages in master-planned developments.
