About The Role
We are seeking a senior-level professional to join our Capital Projects & Construction practice. The selected candidate will take on a pivotal leadership role involving business development, client relationship management, and practice growth. This individual will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality project execution.
As a key market-facing leader, you will build trust with clients, demonstrate domain expertise, and serve as a strategic advisor. This role also involves attracting and developing high-caliber talent and representing in industry circles.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on implementing and optimizing Capital Projects to ensure they deliver maximum value.
Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at both current and prospective client organizations.
Identify client needs and craft compelling proposals and presentations aligned with those needs.
Leverage a strong professional network to drive business development and open new accounts.
Oversee and guide teams across client engagements, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Supervise project billing, monitor collections, and maintain financial discipline.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for senior client stakeholders including boards, audit committees, and executive management.
Apply industry best practices in project management, budgeting, procurement, QA/QC, and risk assessment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Construction, Architecture, etc.).
MBA (with a focus on Finance, Strategy, Operations, or General Management).
Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
Experience
A minimum of 11 years of relevant consulting experience in Capital Projects Advisory.
Experience in dispute resolution, quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
Prior experience at a senior level with a recognized consulting firm in the region is highly preferred.
Broad industry exposure, including Real Estate, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of project controls, procurement, construction risk, and QA/QC practices.
Active involvement in regional industry associations and a well-established professional network.
