Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead and manage all aspects of human resources across our fast-growing e-commerce brand and expanding F&B outlet presence.


This role is critical in shaping a people-first culture, driving performance, and supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives.


Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Develop hiring strategies aligned with the company’s expansion plans across e-commerce and F&B outlets.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage seasonal and part-time staff hiring


2. Performance Management & Talent Development
  • Drive performance review cycles and continuous feedback systems.
  • Identify and implement Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives tailored to digital and service-based teams.
  • Create and maintain career development frameworks for employee growth.
  • Monitor staff morale and welfare, ensuring strong workplace culture across departments.


3. HR Operations & Payroll Management
  • Oversee payroll, staff claims, allowances, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure timely coordination with Finance for payroll categories such as packaging staff and outlet wages.
  • Maintain updated employee records and ensure HR operational compliance.


4. Strategic HR Leadership
  • Collaborate with leadership to advise on workforce planning, cost optimization, and productivity improvements.
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making.


5. Workplace Wellness, Safety, Policy & Facilities
  • Ensure all HR policies adhere to current Malaysian labor laws and company standards.
  • Champion employee wellness initiatives including health, safety, and mental well-being.
  • Liaise with insurance partners and ensure all locations comply with safety regulations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, F&B, or e-commerce industries.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, payroll systems, and labor law compliance.
  • Proficient in HRIS tools and Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.


Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM6,000 (based on experience)
