Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Senior HR Executive to support and enhance our HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Work with hiring managers to define hiring needs and timelines.
- Conduct screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
2) Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Handle confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation processes.
3) Performance & Engagement
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles, KPI tracking, and calibration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support training and development initiatives.
4) Policy, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR policies are well communicated and implemented.
- Stay updated with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and generate regular HR reports and dashboards.
5) Projects & Process Improvements
- Participate in HR digital transformation projects.
- Suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and/or any equivalent.
- 3-5 years of working experience as HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labor Law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in English
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in HRMS/HRIS.
- Familiarity with job levelling frameworks, change management and/any HR strategic initiatives.
- Certification in HR like CHRO from MIHRM, SHRM, etc.
