Who we’re looking for

As a Senior HR Advisor based in our London office, youwill support our growing business across all HR functions. The successful applicant will report into the corporate HR team based into Australia, whilst providing professional support to the UK business operational management team in relation to generalist HR functions; including managing the employee experience, ER, and assisting with end to end recruitment for professional roles.

Skills & experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar
• Experience with employment law within a construction environment
• Experience with employee relations (ER)
• Experience with proactive recruitment and head hunting will be highly regarded
