Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Growth Product Manager to lead key growth initiatives across mobile and web—from onboarding and Web2App flows to lifecycle automation and pricing experiments.

You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional squad to own the product-led growth (PLG) funnel, launch high-impact experiments, and drive growth across the entire user lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and optimize key stages of the PLG funnel: activation, retention, and monetization across mobile and web.
  • Design, build, and optimize Web2App flows ( install-to-signup conversion, trial-to-pay conversion, etc)
  • Lead a cross-functional growth squad—engineering, design, and data—to ship high-quality product experiences end-to-end.
  • Define product specs, edge cases, and user stories; work hands-on with design and engineering from concept through QA and release.
  • Design and run growth experiments to improve onboarding, feature adoption, pricing, packaging, and paywalls.
  • Use data to inform decisions—track metrics, build dashboards, and uncover opportunities.
  • Build and continuously refine lifecycle journey automation (Customer.io or similar)  to support scalable, personalized growth loops.
  • Manage various aspects of subscription flows across the App Store, Play Store, and Web Payment solutions.



What You Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a growth-specific role at a PLG company.
  • Proven track record in consumer or SMB SaaS, with hands-on experience in mobile-first and cross-platform products.
  • Strong track record of shipping impactful features that moved the needle on product and business metrics.
  • Deep analytical capabilities—fluent in funnel metrics, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and growth performance tracking.
  • A performance-driven mindset—you think in experiments, measure everything, and thrive on continuous optimization.
  • Experience driving growth across subscription billing systems (App Store, Play Store, Stripe, Paddle, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of user journeys, funnel metrics, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and lifecycle performance.
  • Hands-on, low-ego, high-output mindset—comfortable jumping into tools like Figma, Mixpanel, SQL, or whatever’s needed to get things done.
  • Excellent storytelling and stakeholder alignment skills—able to rally cross-functional teams around bold bets.
