About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven Growth hacker / Growth Marketing Manager to own multi-channel demand generation campaigns and full-funnel optimisation. The ideal candidate combines classic demand-generation skills with a “growth-hacker” mindset—rapid experimentation, technical automation, and continuous iteration—to increase brand awareness, generate qualified pipeline and lower customer-acquisition cost.
What you'll do:
- Full, hands-on ownership of paid advertising in Buildots: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns, Google Ads, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant platforms.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve performance.
- Monitor, measure, optimize and report on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign execution using project management tools (Asana, Google Sheets).
- Build and maintain automated lead-capture, enrichment, analysis and scoring workflows using HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier/Make, and custom scripts (Python/JavaScript/SQL).
- Collaborate with content marketing and design teams to enhance user experience across landing pages, website assets, and ad content.
- Work with the RevOps team to monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to improve team performance and operational efficiency — including applying lightweight technical solutions (e.g., scripting, automation, AI agents) to accelerate marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of in-house experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles in a B2B SaaS growth stage tech company (Or similar experience with an agency working with B2B clients)
- Proven hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and programmatic advertising - campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce, GA4. Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools - an advantage
- A geeky number cruncher who is comfortable and experienced in applying technical solutions (e.g., scripting, APIs, automation tools like Python, JavaScript, SQL, Zapier, Make) to drive growth initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Superb project management, operational skills and attention to detail
- Native or Native-equivalent English proficiency
- Experience with SEO and website optimization - an advantage
