The Role

We’re currently on the look-out for two ace Full Stack Devs to join one of our rapidly growing Fintech clients. In this role you’ll be working with an incredible team to build scalable cutting-edge solutions that directly impact thousands of users. Even if you’re slightly short on the years of experience requirements but love to learn and have experience working in start-ups with a similar tech stack I’d love to chat.

Salary Range: $120K-$140K + Super

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the design, architecture and implementation of microservices that are robust enough for our exploding scale
• Transform complex problems into elegant solutions with high-quality, maintainable code
• Lead a quality-first approach to software development through automated testing
• Collaborate with other engineers while providing thoughtful guidance using code, design, and architecture reviews
• Work cross-functionally with other teams (design, product, marketing, analytics)
• Take ownership of feature releases and production issues
• Generate and present innovative experiment ideas during weekly review sessions

What We're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience producing high-quality code
• 4+ years of experience with NodeJS (TypeScript) and ExpressJS
• 2+ years of experience with React Web/Native
• 2+ years of experience with API security (JWT, OAuth)
• 2+ years of experience with AWS cloud technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
• 2+ years of experience in developing functional and integration tests using Jest or Mocha
• Experience in the Financial Services & Payments space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What you’ll learn on the job:

• Cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, CDK)
• CI/CD tools using Github and CircleCI
• Advanced security and operations in financial services
• AI and ML technologies in a Cloud Native stack
