Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the development of full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a strong focus on performance and security.
Perform code reviews and offer guidance to team members to maintain high standards of software quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in architectural discussions and help define the technical direction of projects.
Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud deployment.
Manage technical risks and proactively suggest improvements to workflows and architecture.
Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends to keep solutions modern and competitive.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on .NET Core / C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js or Next.js.
Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable).
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
Familiarity with relational (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/CosmosDB).
Comfortable working in Agile environments and using version control systems like Git.
Strong grasp of web security, testing methodologies, and software design patterns.
Experience working with offshore teams and coordinating across different time zones is a plus.
Prior exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience leading small development teams or mentoring junior developers.
Familiarity with modern development and deployment practices within SaaS environments.
