What You’ll Do

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer On The Project Management Consulting Team At Astec You Will Help Develop Project Management Applications That Support Our Client, a Leading Enterprise From Germany, In Their Daily Operations

• Development of software solutions based on next-gen project management tools using Java and Angular.js/Angular
• Software development according to client requirements, based on user stories, using agile project management methodologies
• Monitor code quality and perform code reviews
• Design, implement and execute development and integration tests
  
  

Skills You Have

• Experience with Java software development
• Experience with frontend development (preferably Angular.js/Angular)
• Knowledge about software architecture
• Ability to confidently communicate with peers
• Good knowledge of English language (level B2 or better)
  
  

Requirements

• At least five years of commercial software development experience
• Completed higher education in computer science
  
  

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of project management best practices
• Knowledge of web application security
• Demonstrated success as part of a distributed team
• Knowledge of German language (level B2 or better)
