We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in React and React Native to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-impact, scalable applications that deliver seamless experiences across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build intuitive and performance-driven user interfaces that empower users and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, cross-platform compatibility, and scalability.
• Integrate with backend services and manage state effectively through collaboration with backend engineers.
• Utilize modern front-end tools, frameworks, and development practices to streamline workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and offer technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Act as a technical leader, driving innovation while being hands-on in development tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with strong proficiency in ReactJS and React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 CSS3 and responsive UI design.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux and Context API.
• Proficient in building scalable applications using RESTful APIs and working with Micro-Frontend architecture.
• Skilled in debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
• Familiar with version control tools (Git), CI/CD workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to testing frameworks such as Cypress and an understanding of automated testing practices.
• Good knowledge of cloud-based services such as Firebase and GCP is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in SaaS platforms; exposure to AI-driven products is an added advantage.
