Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer (Angular) who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence and product innovation. You will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing high-performance, user-friendly admin tools within our automated marketing platform. This role requires a strong technical vision, along with a willingness to learn and contribute to product strategy, as you will be instrumental in crafting seamless experiences for retailers managing complex, data-driven promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the front-end of our admin tools and marketing automation platform using Angular.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Implement and refine an interactive segmentation and targeting tool, allowing retailers to build customer journeys with ease.
• Optimize application performance and maintain high-quality development standards.
• Ensure seamless integration of APIs and third-party services for optimal campaign creation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively suggesting improvements to maintain our position as a strong player in automated marketing.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with Angular (preferably latest versions).
• Strong proficiency in CSS3, SASS/SCSS, HTML.
• Experience with state management libraries, RxJS, and signal-based development in Angular.
• Strong understanding of UI architecture, reusable component design, and modular development. Familiarity with UI patterns such as MVVM and MVP. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong grasp of API integrations and working with RESTful services.
• Good understanding of modern tools and approaches of rich SPA development (npm, webpack, etc.)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive both technical and product innovation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation, customer segmentation, or campaign management tools.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility best practices, and UI testing frameworks.
• Experience with GoJS library is a plus.
• Experience working with modern analytics tools and data visualization frameworks.

The position demands a high level of drive, professional pride, proactivity, independence, and documented experience with creating state of the art web sites. In other words you will work in an agile cross-functional team with a dedicated scrum master, with great opportunity to develop and refine your skills together with other frontend developers in our knowledge sharing community.
