Eazy Insure is the latest insurance company authorized to operate in Romania, starting in 2023. Our mission is to provide users with a simple and eazy insurance acquisition experience and superior after-sales processes. 

We are tech-driven, focused on modern development stacks, and are building the systems from the ground up. We currently have systems either in development or live, and the IT department is a mix between developing the infrastructure and maintaining live systems. 

Job Description 

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who will join our agile team in Bucharest. Your primary focus will be developing and implementing user interface components following well-known Vue.js guidelines. You will coordinate with the rest of the team, who is working on different infrastructure layers. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is important. 

Responsibilities

• Propose technical solutions and concepts for new features development;
• Developing new user-facing features using Vue.js; 
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use; 
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code; 
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers 

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model; 
• Thorough understanding of Vue.JS and its core principles; 
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js); 
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs; 
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token; 
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools; 
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.; 
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements; 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git);
