Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Financial Analyst, located in Heliopolis. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Financial Planning and Finance skills
• Real Estate experience is a MUST
• Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Skills in conducting Financial Reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
