Job Description:

This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making. This role partners closely with business leaders and finance teams to drive insights and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze financial results, compare against budgets/forecasts, and provide variance explanations.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports including dashboards, KPIs, and financial summaries.
  • Support senior management in strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Assist in scenario analysis, investment appraisals, and business case modeling.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Support preparation for Board meetings and investor presentations.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
