Who we are:


NPI Engineering team owns:

Supports in manufacturing of new products for the entire product portfolio.

Qualification support of new products and ensure production ramp up

Development of Test Engineering and Automation Framework.

Develop and deliver Assembly & Test documentation and training solutions.

Team works closely with PLM, Product architects, SCM and other stakeholders to help NPI developments and production ramp. As part of this team, you will get an opportunity to validate, demonstrate and influence new technologies to shape future optical, routing, fiber broadband and wireless networks


What you work:


  • As a senior engineer, you will develop analog and digital circuits that operate within the RF spectrum. This includes designing amplifiers, oscillators, mixers, filters, and antennas.
  • Develop and implement models of RF systems and components to predict performance and optimize designs.
  • System analysis and ADS/ Systemvue simulation to design RF components and circuits.
  • Perform simulations to predict how RF circuits will behave in real-world conditions. This may involve using tools like, CST Studio, or Ansys to simulate electromagnetic (EM) fields and wave propagation.
  • Develop and implement models of RF systems and components to predict performance and optimize designs.
  • Test RF prototypes to evaluate their performance against specifications, using equipment like spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure that the RF system is integrated properly within the product.


Mandatory skills:

  • Good knowledge on RF Front-end design / transceiver architectures.
  • Good knowledge in the RF transmitter and receiver parameters.
  • Expertise in RF simulation tools: System Vue and ADS.
  • RF troubleshooting and debugging skills; PA Matching and optimization.
  • Testing and verification of the RF modules, sub systems, System.
  • Good Knowledge in EMI/EMC.
  • Good knowledge in the RF test instruments like Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, Power meters.
  • Good knowledge in schematics and RF layout review.
  • Knowledge in Python and Equipment Automation.


Desired skills:


  • Experience on the RF Transceiver, ADC, DAC.
  • Experience in JESD204 B/C, SPI and I2C interface.
  • Basic knowledge in MATLAB.
  • Knowledge in Embedded Programming.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3 to 6 years’ experience from Telecommunication or networking background.
  • Education: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree
