As the
Senior Director of Digital Strategy, you will provide leadership oversight of digital strategy for our nonprofit clients, including those we serve on behalf of partner agencies at Moore. This role may require leading and developing a team within Moore Digital, including digital strategists and specialists who support specific clients and client groups. The Senior Director of Digital Strategy will provide strategy guidance for assigned clients and support the VP Digital Strategy in new business development and thought leadership efforts.
This is a remote position.

Your Impact:
- Oversee weekly client touch-base meetings for updates on all digital deliverables.
- Oversee weekly internal WIP attendance and reporting for assigned client(s).
- Develop creative briefs as needed.
- Contribute to the new business proposal process, as needed, through attending preparation meetings and contributing content on digital strategy.
- Create annual budget and project for assigned teams and business.
- May lead a strategy development, including content and placement, in conjunction with the media team for programmatic display, paid search, and paid social.
- Lead strategy development, including content and cadence, for email fundraising programs.
- Perform research and continuous monitoring of the digital landscape in order to present new growth opportunities to clients.
- Coordinate with leadership on managing of projects through the department, in order to provide timely responses to clients and client teams.
- Contribute to marketing strategies to grow digital marketing and other aspects of digital marketing throughout the enterprise.
- Work closely with the Vice President of Digital Strategy and business development leadership to generate new business growth across the enterprise.
- Build, coach, and mentor a group of digital strategists and specialists.
- Hold weekly touch base meeting with each member of their Digital Strategy team, comprised of strategists and specialists, to discuss client needs and updates, internal team issues, and planning for current and future campaigns.
- Meets weekly with Vice President of Digital Strategy to provide updates on all team members, review new business, and discuss team growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of key industry and market trends and recommend product, service, and technology innovations to ensure success for clients and ongoing growth and leadership.
Your Profile:
- 7+ years of experience with digital agency or digital marketing group required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven experience in digital marketing; experience in marketing for the nonprofit sector highly preferred.
- Experience managing digital strategy functions and teams.
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing and nonprofit sectors.
- Ability to oversee digital strategy and provide digital consulting for nonprofit clients and client groups.
- Exceptional communication skills encompassing written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced agency environment and a variety of client service tasks.
- Able to handle multiple concurrent projects while working independently and collaborating with teams.
- Other key competencies such as adaptability, initiative and innovation, sound judgement, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
