Role Overview

As Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Zealth’s strategic direction. You will ensure that Zealth remains a premium provider of Market Access Solutions in the Nordics while spearheading international expansion in Europe and the USA. This role involves leadership, business development, and driving digital innovation to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Management & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8 direct reports.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, talent attraction and development.


Delivering Customer Solutions

  • Develop and execute customer-centric solutions in Market Access.
  • Act as a project leader or contributor to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

For the Nordic region:

  • HTA submissions
  • Environmental mappings for Therapeutic Areas and customer groups
  • Strategic guidance on Market Access across all Nordic countries
  • For Global & Regional projects:
  • Support global and European Market Access strategies
  • Develop global value stories and payer monographs
  • Expand European capabilities through partnerships (euaccess.eu)


Business Development

  • Expand Zealth’s market presence by securing new client relationships and strengthening existing ones.
  • Lead business development activities, including preparing pitches and proposals.
  • Collaborate across the Zealth Group to leverage synergies and expand international business.


Operational Efficiency & Digital Transformation

  • Drive lean operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Explore AI-driven digital transformation to enhance service delivery.
  • Work with our Center of Excellence in Bangalore to optimize global capabilities.


Success Criteria

  • Customer Satisfaction – Strengthen client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Revenue Growth – Achieve sales targets and drive measurable business expansion.
  • Market Expansion – Grow Zealth’s presence in the Nordics and global markets.
  • Team Engagement – Ensure high levels of retention, performance, and professional development.
  • Strategic Alignment – Ensure global collaboration and alignment with Zealth’s long-term goals.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience within a global role in either a pharmaceutical/biotech or consulting focusing on the pharmaceutical industry. At least 2 of these years must be within market access.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or Health Economics.
  • Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business development and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
