Overview 

Teeoff Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps & Support Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to join our technical team. 

This leadership role demands strong Linux expertise, database management skills, DevOps capabilities, team leadership, and comprehensive cloud infrastructure experience.

Key Responsibilities : 

Technical Support & Infrastructure 

• Provide technical support for Linux-based systems and applications. 
• Monitor and maintain database performance and availability. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues. 
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions. 
• Configure and maintain Kannel SMSC gateways. 
• Set up and manage site-to-site VPN connections. 
• Respond to critical technical incidents and service disruptions. 

DevOps & Cloud Management 

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines. 
• Automate deployment and infrastructure management. 
• Maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. 
• Optimize application delivery processes. 
• Manage container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker). 
• Configure and manage AWS ECS clusters and scaling policies. 
• Implement auto-scaling strategies for varying workloads. 
• Design and optimize cluster configurations for maximum performance. 
• Handle container deployment and service discovery. 
• Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure. 

Team Management 

• Lead a team of junior support engineers. 
• Mentor and develop team members’ technical skills. 
• Establish support processes and best practices. 
• Coordinate on-call rotations and escalation procedures. 
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. 
• Collaborate with other department leads on cross-functional initiatives. 

Required Qualifications 

• 5–8 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or DevOps roles. 
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and administration. 
• Experience with MySQL database management and optimization. 
• Comprehensive understanding of AWS services, particularly ECS, EC2, and RDS. 
• Experience managing and scaling container clusters. 
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Grafana, Zabbix, and Prometheus. 
• Experience with Kannel SMS gateway configuration and maintenance. 
• Knowledge of VPN technologies and site-to-site connectivity. 
• Team leadership and management experience (minimum 2 years). 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Advanced shell scripting capabilities. 
• Python programming experience. 
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer). 
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible). 
• Strong background in DevOps practices and tools. 
• Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure. 
• Knowledge of SMS protocols and telecommunications systems. 
• Project management certification or experience.
