Provide technical leadership to internal team and customers to support automotive related product & process development. 2 Ensure all related technical deliverables are met and defined in product process, completing effective NPI handover.

3 Work with global technical team in a local manufacture basis and provide project transfer support. 4 Work closely with global & regional sourcing teams to ensure sourcing tactics & supply chain is effectively managed. 5 Ensure technical documentation is established & maintained 6 Utilize technical database for technical project records 7 Prepare & circulate monthly technical reports 8 Support related training plans to drive internal skills development in automotive industry Qualification: -1

At least 5 years’ experience of process or manufacturing engineering roles, adhesive & functional topcoat experience is preferred. -2 Good skill of process improvement and project management (planning and implementation.) -3 Familiar with NPI process, such as APQP and process flow chart, -4 Familiar with quality and analysis tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, 8D, control plan and etc. -5 Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/ QS 9000/ TS 16949/ISO 14001 -6 PC and ERP system literate -7 Good written/oral English, -8 Good communication skill and customer oriented, -9 Good competency of learning and analytical skills, -10 Engineering background with good logical thinking, -11 Good AutoCAD or photographic program skill is preferred.
