Summary
该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities:
Concept, design & development of camera modules including subcomponents: Considering functionality, quality, cost, manufacturing aspects and project schedules from idea to series production
Securing and qualifying the modules against the specification and evaluating the results as well as ensuring the required quality
Interdisciplinary collaboration and task-related coordination of the disciplines requirements management, design, functional development, software and validation for the comprehensive implementation of the requirements in the product
Management & coordination of external service providers and suppliers: Coordination of parts procurement and ensuring timely availability of components Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related fields Experience & Technical Skills:
Experience in hardware development (PCBs/camaras/sensors)
Knowledge in embedded software development, expecially with Vision system or AI system relevant development
Experience in supplier qualification and management as well as qualification of camera modules up to the customer
Familiar with camera/vision system models
Experience with multi-sensor fusion is an advantage (GNSS + VSLAM, IMU, wheel data)
Experience in qualification and debugging of vision systems in the target environment (reception quality, stability, EMC influences)
Knowledge of the various protocol types of the respective manufacturers / solution providers Collaboration Skills:
Experience working with European (especially German) companies and coordinating complex development projects Personal Attributes:

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English; basic knowledge of German is desirable
Team player with strong persuasion and assertiveness skills
