Job Title: Senior Designer (Wovens)

Experience: 4+ Years

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Designer – Wovens with experience in both men’s and women’s wear. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for trends, a passion for innovation, and the ability to take designs from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts using sketches and CAD tools
• Create mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal themes
• Research trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes
• Plan and develop collections aligned with market and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with fabric, merchandising, and production teams
• Ensure production feasibility and technical accuracy
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories
• Use 3D design and AI tools to streamline the design process
• Incorporate washes, prints, and embellishments
• Support visual merchandising and showroom setups
• Align designs with brand identity and customer expectations

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong creativity and trend awareness
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, CLO 3D
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadline

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of industry experience in woven garments
• Experience across both men's and women's wear
• A proactive team player who can also lead projects independently
