ATI is looking for a full-time SENIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT to join its Cairo Studio.

The Role
As a Senior Design Architect, you will assume responsibility for providing innovative conceptual designs that adhere to the client brief and to all applicable regulations. You should be well organized, and creative, have good presentation skills and a strong understanding of the design process to ensure successful delivery of exceptional concept designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and initiate concept designs from scratch, including developing space programs and initial master planning for various project types.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to establish design direction, ensuring a holistic approach to architecture, functionality, and client objectives.
- Develop innovative and compliant conceptual designs from space planning, facade design to 3D renders that align with the client’s brief and requirements.
- Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring designs meet both creative standards and technical requirements.
- Work with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design integrity through all phases of development.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, providing leadership and fostering a creative, productive team environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor and preferably Post Graduate Degree in Architecture.
- 12+ Years’ experience within a high-profile design consultancy; in the design and delivery of complex projects covering a variety of typologies from medium to large scale. (preferably to include master plan, high-rise mixed-use, residential, commercial, hotels, and education buildings)
- Advanced proficiency in the Autodesk software suite, including REVIT, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Rhino.
- Knowledge of computational design principles with proficiency in related software like Grasshopper and Dynamo.
- Up-to-date knowledge of materials, supply chains, and construction methods.
- LEED AP or USGBC Guiding Principles certification is highly desirable.
- Active and professional engagement with client and team members through fluent oral and written English; with emphasis on listening, comprehension, and critical analysis to establish full project requirements.
