JOB SUMMARY:

The BIM Architect will play a critical role in developing and implementing BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects. Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, in addition to creating architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensuring accuracy and completeness of design information.

Duties:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for architectural system using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of all design disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts between different systems.
• Generate accurate architectural documentation such as plans, elevations, and sections directly from the BIM model.
• Assist in the preparation of construction schedules and assist with project cost management.
• Contribute to energy and sustainability analysis and optimization efforts.
• Maintain and update the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture.
• 3 to 7 years of experience.
• Advanced level of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) standards, architecture design, creating Revit families and templates, and project management.
• Advanced English Language.
• Excellent communication and team-player skills.
