General Qualifications and Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science & AI related fields
• Excellent team member with an ability to clearly communicate at all levels
•  Strong analytical thinking skills, ability to create a business plan in accordance with time targets and act in accordance with this plan,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, including data processing, data preparation, model training, and testing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
• Experienced in analyzing and modeling big data from different channels
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL Databases and experienced in writing queries on various data sources (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Exadata, Netezza, Teradata, DB2)
• Preferably experienced in big data analytics platforms such as Hadoop, Hive/Impala, Spark and developed projects in big data platforms
• Preferably having experienced in at least one of the visualization platforms such as Qlikview, Qliksense, Cognos, Tableau, Python matplotlib and seaborn, R ggplot2
• Preferably experienced in developing aCRM projects like Customer Segmentation, Churn, LTV, Credit Risk Scoring, Forecasting, Optimization, Fraud
• Has a good command of model tracking, versioning (MLflow etc.) and release to production (MLOps) processes
• Preferably project development experience on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and the ability to learn and apply the latest advancements
• Previous experience in various roles within data organizations, particularly as a data scientist.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication and team leadership skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Minimum 5 years of experience in:

• developing predictive models in Phyton (developed with libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, SciKit-Learn etc. inopen-source code development environments)
• developing predictive models in IBM Watsonx
• developing predictive models in SAS Viya
• developing projects on machine learning, artificial intelligence and advanced statistical algorithms and experienced in with various analytics platforms and tools

• Collaborating with data engineering teams to create robust data pipelines and scalable infrastructure
