Requirements

• University degree in a highly quantitative field such as Computer Engineering, CTIS, Statistics, Mathematics or any other Engineering Sciences
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Ability to analyze, understand, and extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
• Proficiency in PL-SQL database programming language and ability to write code from scratch
• Proficiency in ETL and Oracle DWH concepts
• Experience in Python and most common data manipulation and data science packages (e.g. Pandas, Numpy, SKLearn, …)
• Proven hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning tehcniques (e.g. Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, …), including model development, evaluation, and deployment
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with good attention to details, focus on both technical and business aspects
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Good communication skills

In this role you will

• Conducts data exploration, cleaning, statistical analysis, and identifies patterns and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Develops, trains, optimizes, and integrates machine learning models into business operations.
• Supports the organization’s AI strategy development, goal setting, and implementation.
• Contributes to strategies aimed at enhancing the organization's data maturity.
• Creates reports, visualizations, and system functions to support business processes and decision-making.
• Stays updated on relevant technologies and proposes innovations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, or align with corporate goals.
• Investigates developments in aviation and IT applications, presenting beneficial suggestions to management.
