Roles & Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
* Develop and optimize data storage solutions (data lakes, warehouses, etc.).
* Ensure data architecture aligns with business needs and industry best practices.
* Implement data governance and security best practices.
* Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency.
* Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability.
* Work with cloud platforms like Azure for data infrastructure.
* Implement and manage databases
* Organize and manage the technical team of data architects, modelers, and engineers, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to ensure successful on-time project delivery.
* Design reusable data engineering frameworks, including Data Ingestion and Collection, Data Validation and Reconciliation, and Error Logging and Monitoring
* Provided technical guidance on best practices for scalable data models, data engineering pipelines, orchestration, and enterprise data integration strategies.
* Develop automated data workflows and pipelines.
* Implement CI/CD practices for data engineering.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
* Implement role-based access control and encryption.
* Monitor and audit data access and usage.
* Continuously enhance data quality and reliability.
Generic Managerial Skills • Able to lead the team of Data scientist, Data processors & engineers
* Should have the capabilities to drive strategic decisions
* Excellent communication skills
Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000 a year
