Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop and optimize data storage solutions (data lakes, warehouses, etc.).
• Ensure data architecture aligns with business needs and industry best practices.
• Implement data governance and security best practices.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability.
• Work with cloud platforms like Azure for data infrastructure.
• Implement and manage databases
• Organize and manage the technical team of data architects, modelers, and engineers, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to ensure successful on-time project delivery.
• Design reusable data engineering frameworks, including Data Ingestion and Collection, Data Validation and Reconciliation, and Error Logging and Monitoring
• Provided technical guidance on best practices for scalable data models, data engineering pipelines, orchestration, and enterprise data integration strategies.
• Develop automated data workflows and pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD practices for data engineering.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Implement role-based access control and encryption.
• Monitor and audit data access and usage.

Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000 a year
