Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
- Develop and optimize data storage solutions (data lakes, warehouses, etc.).
- Ensure data architecture aligns with business needs and industry best practices.
- Implement data governance and security best practices.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability.
- Work with cloud platforms like Azure for data infrastructure.
- Implement and manage databases
- Organize and manage the technical team of data architects, modelers, and engineers, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to ensure successful on-time project delivery.
- Design reusable data engineering frameworks, including Data Ingestion and Collection, Data Validation and Reconciliation, and Error Logging and Monitoring
- Provided technical guidance on best practices for scalable data models, data engineering pipelines, orchestration, and enterprise data integration strategies.
- Develop automated data workflows and pipelines.
- Implement CI/CD practices for data engineering.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Implement role-based access control and encryption.
- Monitor and audit data access and usage.
- Continuously enhance data quality and reliability.

Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000 a year
