Key Responsibilities: Quality System Documentation: *Assist in drafting, editing, revising, and updating all documents associated with the Quality System, including the Quality Manual and SQF documents. *Support the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of processes needed for the Quality System. *Quality System Maintenance:-Assist in maintaining and reporting on the performance of the Quality System, identifying areas for improvement. *Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Calibration Program Administration: *Support the administration of the Calibration program, ensuring all equipment is calibrated according to schedule. Corrective Action and Customer Complaints: *Assist in the administration of the Corrective Action Request system and handling customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Document Control: *Help control quality-related documents and records as defined in the Quality Manual and quality procedures (sections 4.2.3 and 4.2.4). *Reporting and Communication. *Keep management informed of significant occurrences and trends that impact product quality or manufacturing operations. *Develop plans and actions to anticipate and minimize the negative impact of current and future issues. *ERP System Management. *Manage quality details such as rejections and reworks transactions in the ERP system. Customer Satisfaction: Continuously work towards improving customer satisfaction through effective quality control measures. Qualifications: A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.- BE - Electronic and Communication. Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in using ERP systems and quality management software is a plus.
