Summary

该职位来源于猎聘 This position, (Senior) Consumer Marketing Insights Manager, is a critical role to ensure the business decisions are made based on solid consumer understanding and insights across innovation, activation, communication and category brand strategies. Core responsibility areas are:

  • Innovation discovery and development
  • Work closely with global CMI team on developing innovation testing guidelines, most up-to-date winning solutions, exploring feature-ready methodologies.
  • Be an active part of developing BAH/ CN NPD strategy and make sure it is centralized in solid consumer needs, brand strategy and category knowledge & insight.
  • Design and implement consumer exploration and validation process aiming to develop winning NPDs, using and also developing global standard and CN agile tools.
  • Consult, advice and influence key stakeholders on right interpretation of research results.
  • Consumer trend
  • Work as a core window to collect and process the consumer and category trend of CN fed into innovation and communication development.
  • Collaborate with global team of trend scouting to keep consistent on overall structure.
  • Brand health tracking
  • Gatekeeper and advocator of brand health tracking, build BHT as the core tool and KPIs guiding build building journey of NIVEA in CN.
  • Work closely with global BHT team to bridge the local needs and global standard, continuously finetuning the BHT design.
  • NPD post launch monitoring
  • In charge of monitoring the in-market performance of core NPDs, incl. sales performance, consumer feedback, source of business, consumer profiles, related social insights, etc. Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or above.
  • Fluent English communication skills, and better to understand Chinese for global talents
  • Total 10+ years of research experience in multinational companies, with 5+ years of experience in CMI team of FMCG companies is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of market research methodologies both in quantitative and qualitative, and be able to provide business insights through research data.
  • Experience in market researches of innovation development is a must.
  • Think strategically, working independently, can land research results and data in an impactful and compelling way.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
