MTBS, a leading international strategic and financial consultancy, is expanding to Antwerp (Berchem) and is looking for skilled professionals to fill the positions of Senior Consultant and Manager in our Port Strategy and Transaction Advisory team. Both roles provide opportunities to lead projects in PPP and M&A, engage with international clients, and contribute to the development of the ports and logistics sectors worldwide.
The Roles
Manager
As a Manager, you will lead consultant teams on diverse projects and drive strategic and financial port developments. This role involves significant client engagement, project leadership, and oversight of key advisory and transaction projects. You will focus on strategies for deep sea and inland ports, logistic parks, and special economic zones, and handle tasks such as project valuation, investment structuring, and transaction execution.
Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in the project delivery team. Working closely with clients, you will lead projects, particularly in transaction advisory services and M&A analyses, while guiding analysts and ensuring high-quality deliverables. This role requires strong expertise in port masterplans, market studies, and strategy development.
