Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Compensation and HR Analyst
The Sr Compensation & HR Analyst manages and administers the Company’s compensation programs, providing analytical and technical expertise to the Human Resources department. The role ensures programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage base salary ranges and assist in incentive programs.
Conduct ongoing analysis to ensure competitive pay decisions.
Collaborate on projects involving analysis, budgeting, and benchmarking.
Assist in yearly compensation audits.
Conduct market studies and produce gap analysis.
Assist with classification reviews and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Create job analysis, documentation, and evaluation processes.
Support Management In Developing Job Descriptions.
Apply job evaluation techniques for equitable compensation rates.
Participate in market surveys to maintain competitive programs.
Maintain Job Descriptions And Incentive Plan Information.
Support annual performance and compensation reviews.
Identify and participate in operational improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in compensation and human resources.
Skills
Broad knowledge of compensation principles.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Project management skills.
Human Resources skills.
Ability to handle confidential data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Effective communication skills for assessing data.
Manual dexterity for operating office equipment.
