Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Advisor for our Hyderabad store team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations.
Responsibilities:
● End to end ownership of the AMARIS store.
● Ability to build and manage relationships with HNI clients and exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales (INR 5L-50L);
● Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
● Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed and directed by reporting managers.
● Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
● Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level
● Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers
● Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
● Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
