Sr.Client Servicing Executive -Delhi (3-4 Yrs Exp)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Client Servicing Executive to join our team. You will be the key liaison between the agency and the client, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of campaigns, and long-term client satisfaction. You must have prior experience in handling digital-first clients and a deep understanding of digital platforms and campaign life cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications.
• Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives thoroughly.
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, tech) to ensure timely delivery of work.
• Prepare and present campaign briefs, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure alignment with client expectations and timelines.
• Anticipate client needs and provide strategic input where needed.
• Manage client feedback loops and revisions with internal teams.
• Ensure account profitability and support in preparing reports, decks, and post-campaign analysis.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing within a digital or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Experience handling multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solver with a proactive approach.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related fields.
• Candidate should be based in Delhi.
