Proven track record of successfully generating and securing new business opportunities self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify and pursue potential clients and projects using their own network and resources
Create and implement business processes to support the business development efforts of the team

Manage multiple projects concurrently In this role you will:
Utilize different network and resources to generate and cultivate relationships with potential clients specifically targeting international companies from the S&P 500 and CAC 40
Monitor potential tenders and co-create pitch decks to secure new business opportunities for our services including Digital Transformation, Communication, Web 3 Consulting, CRM Consulting, etc.
Lead the sales process, including proposal development and contract negotiation in Chinese and English
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and services in the Chinese market
Lead pitch sessions and negotiations, contract signing with potential clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality solutions to these global clients in China
