Business Development Lead (Senior & Junior) In " DIGITAL MARKETING & ADVERTISING "

Location: Cairo (with coordination with Alexandria HQ)

Summary

We’re a creative marketing agency expanding our reach from Alexandria to Cairo, and we’re hiring both a Senior and a Junior Business Development professional to help us do it. Success in this role means opening new channels, acquiring new clients in both digital and offline marketing, and driving strategic growth. The Senior will also lead and mentor the Junior, shaping our Cairo presence from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing, offline advertising, and event marketing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Cairo
• (Senior) Design and implement strategic plans for business expansion
• (Senior) Lead and support a junior team member to achieve targets
• Collaborate with the HQ team in Alexandria to ensure service alignment and brand consistency

Qualifications

• Senior: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in marketing or agency settings)
• Junior: 1–2 years of experience in client-facing or sales roles
• Strong knowledge of marketing services (online & offline)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to work independently
• Team player with a flexible and proactive mindset
