Business Platform is hiring a Senior Business Developer to join our high-energy team! We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional who can lead corporate sales efforts and consistently generate high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Conduct high-volume outreach to potential clients to drive awareness and interest in our services.
• Present and pitch tailored training and business solutions that meet client needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong background in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
• Experience in training academies is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is a plus.
