To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new "Senior Automation Tester"


Job purpose:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead and enhance test automation frameworks within a fast-paced agile fintech environment. You'll be working closely with developers, testers, and DevOps engineers, ensuring product quality at all stages.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation frameworks using C# (preferred) or Java
  • Build and maintain automated tests for UI and APIs using Selenium and RestSharp
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior team members on test automation practices
  • Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
  • Apply OOP principles (mandatory) to create scalable, reusable, and maintainable code
  • Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation
  • Work closely with the team to define test strategies and ensure product quality
  • Use Postman or similar tools for manual API validation when required


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation
  • Strong programming skills in C# (preferred) or Java
  • Solid knowledge and application of OOP concepts (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (mandatory) and RestSharp (preferred) or RestAssured
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
  • Strong API testing and database validation experience (SQL)
  • Familiar with agile development practices and test lifecycle
  • Very good knowledge about BDD
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
