Senior Automation Developer
Roles and Responsibilities:
· RPA Development and Automation:
o Design, develop, and deploy robust RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation tools.
o Identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
o Integrate RPA solutions with various systems and applications using APIs and web services.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues in RPA processes.
o Train and mentor team members on RPA technologies and best practices.
· Custom Application Development:
o Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using modern web development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
o Develop APIs and microservices to integrate applications with other systems.
o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
o Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
· Problem-Solving and Solution Design:
o Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for automation.
o Design efficient and scalable automation solutions.
o Create clear and concise technical documentation.
o Understand and interpret Project Definition Documents (PDDs) and other project-related documents.
o Develop detailed solution designs, including process flows, data mappings, and system integrations.
o Create presentations and project charters to communicate solutions and project plans effectively.
· AI and Machine Learning Integration (Added Advantage):
o Understand the fundamental concepts of AI and ML, including machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
o Identify potential use cases for AI and ML within automation processes.
o Collaborate with AI and ML experts to integrate AI-powered solutions into automation workflows.
o Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.
· Project Management and Delivery (Added Advantage):
o Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
o Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and risks.
Technical Requirements:
· RPA:
o Strong proficiency in UiPath or other RPA tools.
o Experience in designing and developing complex automation workflows.
o Knowledge of .NET, C#, or VBA programming languages.
o Understanding of APIs, web services, and data integration techniques.
· Custom Application Development:
o Expertise in front-end and back-end development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, etc.).
o Proficiency in database design and SQL.
o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
o Knowledge of API development and microservices architecture.
· AI and Machine Learning (Added Advantage):
o Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts.
o Ability to learn and adapt to new AI and ML technologies.
o Knowledge of AI and ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is a plus.
· Soft Skills:

Additional Considerations:
· Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like OutSystems or Power Apps can be a valuable asset.

· A strong understanding of security best practices is essential.
· Experience with cloud-native development and serverless architectures is a plus.
Bachelors Degree (IT, Computer Science or any engineering stream)
